摘要

根据已经研发出的覆盖非圆直齿轮滚切加工的"齿轮加工CNC系统"

综合运用螺旋齿啮合原理和工具斜齿条法

设计出三阶椭圆斜齿轮滚切加工联动控制方案

给出了CNC联动控制模型的原理图。试验滚切加工成功

切出的三阶椭圆斜齿轮经配对啮合试验

转动灵活

侧隙均匀。

Abstract

On the basis of the developed system "CNC gear-hobbling system" that covers with CNC machining of non-circular vertical gear

the meshing theory of helical gears and tool rack-skew methods

the simultaneouscontrol strategy of hobbling three order ellipse helical gear is proposed

and the graph of CNC simultaneouscontrol model is designed.Hobbling experiment that three-order ellipse helical gear can be gained proves it.When two gears engaged

they can turn flexibly and the backlash is well distributed.
