滚子链套筒与销轴零件的主要磨损机制是磨粒磨损
并伴随有疲劳磨损的特征;在磨粒磨损机制下
一定范围内
套筒与销轴零件的初始表面硬度较高
渗层深度和心部硬度匹配合理
渗层硬度梯度较小
较佳的渗层及心部组织
都有利于改善其磨损表面形貌状态和耐磨性。
The road tests of transmission chain for motor cycle with periodic lubrication showed that the main wear mechanism was abrasive wear
accompanied with fatigue wear;That under abrasive wear mechanism
both morphology of wear surface and wear resistance could be improved with high surface hardness of bush and pin
reasonable matching of carburized layer’s depth and center hardness
low micro-hardness gradient and fine metallography of carburized layer and center.
