摘要

利用Pro/E软件建立了凸轮机构的三维装配模型

在Pro/M结构分析模块中对机构模型进行有限元前处理工作

并输出模型的有限元数据文件

最后利用ANSYS有限元分析软件解算分析结果

通过多组滚子曲面参数值分别得出

滚子曲面曲率变化对凸轮和滚子应力、应变、位移以及变形域的影响。为研究点啮合弧面凸轮机构中凸轮和滚子的变形问题

提供了分析数据。

Abstract

Using the Pro/ENGINEER

3D model of roller-gear cam mechanism is set up

pre-treatment work of the model is carried out in the Pro/MECHAMCA STRUCTURE structural analysis module

and output of finite element model data is completed. Finally

using analysis solution of the ANSYS finite element model data

through many parameters of roller

the influence of surface structure parameters to the stress

strain

displacement and the deformation field of cam and roller are obtained. Data analysis is provided for research meshing point cam and rollers deformation problems of roller-gear cam mechanism.
