In order to improve the distribution of stress field in screw-down system of typical rolling mill
the method was extracted through turned ring groove in surface up and down for nut
the FE model was established of screw pairs using powerful nonlinear function large-scale of FE software -Marc.The calculation results indicate that stress field distribution can drive to uniform
and reduce the stress peak value and improve the load-bearing capacity of crew-down system in after reformation.The research achievements can supply theory guide for increasing the load-bearing ability of screw pairs and material utilization ratio.
