简要介绍了机械传动误差的测试方法分类
分析了数字量计数法的优点
给出了误差测量系统FMT的系统框图。FMT系统中采用CPLD芯片来实现整个误差采集功能
同时增加了可控分频器模块来实现对信号处理的控制
这样就增强了系统的柔性。FMT系统选用CY7C68013来实现USB2.0传输模块
它可以满足高速采集系统传输需要。
The testing method classification for mechanical transmission error is briefly introduced
the excellence of digital counting method is analyzed
and the system block diagram of error testing system-FMT is shown. The FMT system adopts CPLD chip to realize the whole error sampling function
at the same time adding the controllable frequency divider module to control the information process
so it can enhance the flexibleness of system. The FMT system adopts CY7C68013 to realize the USB2.0 transmission module
which could satisfy the transmission need of the high-speed sampling system.
