According to spiral bevel gear grinder structure with seven axes five linkages
using multi-body system theory and gear meshing theory
spiral bevel gear tooth equation containing the geometry and the heat error is established
influences on of the grinding wheel spindle on spiral bevel gear tooth error are analyzed when it moves along X and Y axis and rotates along C axis. The results show that the grinding wheel spindle has a great influence on the tooth error when it moves along X axis. A theoretic basis for improving processing precision and the error compensations of the spiral bevel gear is provided.
