摘要

以φ2700mm×3600mm格子板型球磨机齿轮传动系统为研究对象

采用故障树分析法对传动系统的结构和运行情况进行研究

建立系统故障树。对事故树进行定性、定量和结构重要度分析

确定故障发生的原因与影响因素之间的逻辑关系。为球磨机齿轮传动系统的故障诊断、专家系统应用提供了理论参考。

Abstract

The gear drive system of 2700mm×3600mm ball mill is investigation object. The structure and the movement of the system are studied based on fault tree analysis method

the system fault tree is established. analysis of the qualitative

the quantitative and the structure importance is carried out. The relations of each influence factor of fault is pointed out. Reference is provided for the application of expert system and the ball mill gear drive system fault diagnosis.
