摘要

提出将加速过程按时间分段的方法

利用已知公式迭代求解单片电磁摩擦离合器的加速时间、结合功、热流密度。并讨论热流密度随时间及摩擦片半径变化的规律

为进一步进行电磁离合器温度场分析打下基础。

Abstract

A new method of calculating the accelerating time

engagement energy

heat flux of single-disc electromagnetic frictional clutch is proposed

which divides the whole accelerating process into small time steps.It is also included that the relationship of heat flux and time&radius.The results are the base of temperature field.
