摘要

针对车辆传动装置中的齿轮传动箱

分析了其中各项热源的发热机理和传热过程

采用集总参数法

建立了齿轮传动箱传热仿真模型

编写了传动箱产热量、散热量与温度的仿真程序。对某型坦克的传动箱传热进行了实例仿真。结果显示

采用集总参数法计算车辆传动装置的传热是可行的

所建立的传热仿真模型具有较好的仿真精度

可以用于齿轮传动箱的热工况研究。

Abstract

This paper analyzes heating mechanism of all heat sources and heat quantity calculation of military track’s gear case. By using Lumped parameter method

the authors analyze the production and transfer of heat and write the procedure. The heat transfer of certain type of gear case is computed. The result shows that the method is feasible

the whole model has a high computational accuracy. The model has a good imitate accuracy

and can be used for the calculation of the other type of gear case’s heat transfer problem.
