摘要

对直柄立铣刀切削时的受力、变形及影响夹持稳定性的因素进行了分析

阐述了立铣刀夹持不稳对铣削质量的影响

提出了保证立铣刀夹持稳定性的措施

Abstract

The forces loaded on the vertical milling cutter and the consepuential deformation were analyzed. The influences of the clamping unstability on the cutting quality were also evaluated. Some suggestions were given to improve the claming stability.
