用几何法求出了外啮合渐开线齿轮泵的流量公式

并求出了齿轮泵困油容积变化量与齿轮啮合重合度的关系式。利用直齿齿轮泵的困油容积变化公式

求出了斜齿齿轮泵的困油容积变化公式

得到了斜齿齿轮泵不发生困油的螺旋角。

Based on geometrical way

the flow formula of the external gear pump is created

the relation of the coefficient of engagement and trapping volume is analyzed. According to the volume oil formula of the straight gear pump

the volume oil formula of the helical gear pump is got and the helix angle no trapping is found.
