摘要

介绍了一种椭圆齿轮传动的结晶器非正弦振动装置。通过运动学分析

得到非正弦振动曲线。非正弦振动曲线解析表达式很复杂

无法进行分析。本文利用数值分析方法

得到其傅立叶级数的近似表达式

为设计适合不同工艺条件的结晶器非正弦振动装置提供方便。

Abstract

In this paper

a non-sinusoidal oscillation installing of mold which is driven by elliptic gears was introduced. But its analytic station is too complex to analyze the processing parameters. A method is presented to solve this problem. The approximate Fourier series expression of non-sinusoidal oscillation is got using numeric analysis technique. It provides facility for design of non-sinusoidal oscillation installing of mold.
