摘要

阐述装盒机的主要功能

对全自动装盒机的配套部件—四杆摆动式拨盖机构进行结构参数设计。使用证明该机构的运动轨迹符合设计及使用要求

与人工操作相比

具有传动准确

效率高等特点

并能与整个传送系统协调一致

Abstract

The main function of the packing mechanism

and the design of the constructing parameters of the Four Rod Cap Pulling Mechanism-the necessary part of the Full-Automatic-packing- Mechanism were introduced. Practice proved that the motioning trace of the mechanism accords with the demands in both the design and the use. In contrast with the hand-working methods

it takes the advantages of accurate transmit and high efficiency and makes consistant with the main transmitting system.
