and operating parameters.The ECM productivity of inner ratchet wheel is very high. Cathode piece is machined easily using WEDM. Its dimension is nicety. Cathode is not worn down in process

so a piece of cathode can be repeat used to machining tens or several hundred parts. The surface quality of inner ratchet wheel being machined is nice. There is no burr in the surface. Its surface roughness can reach Ra1.6μm.Its process precision especially reapeat precision is rather fine.
