the relationship between alignment error and transmission error of double circular arc helical gearing is investigated. The situation of transmission error of the gearing vs the value of helix angle is also analyzed. As a result
it can be concluded that the value of transmission error of the gearing is decreased due to the increase of helix angle as keeping other parameters constants
and different direction misalignment (in the direction of crossing and in the direction of intersection) have different effects on the transmission error of the gearing.
