摘要

应用三维有限元计算方法，对侧板式行星架系列结构尺寸的位移和应力进行了计算，从而找出其合理的结构参数（即三行星侧板式行星架：Ｂ／ａ′≥０．２５１，ｄ／ａ′≥０．４２；五行星侧板式行星架：Ｂ／ａ′≥０．３４，ｄ／ａ′≥０．５６）。

Abstract

To find the reasonable structure parameters for cantilevered spindles planetary carrier

series calculations with 3D FEM method have been taken for the displacement and stress corresponding related dimensions. For triple cantilevered spindles carrier:B/a′≥0.251

B/a′≥ 0.42 and for pentad cantilevered spindles one: B/a′≥0.34

B/a′≥ 0.56.
