摘要

本文在对指锥面二次包络环面蜗杆减速机进行结构设计的基础上，采用ＣＤＺ电主轴、ＣＢＮ砂轮等现代技术，制造出了我国第一台指锥二包减速机，并对其进行了性能试验。结果表明，该机效率高，承载能力大。为多头数、小速比蜗杆传动开劈了新的领域。

Abstract

From structure designing and adopting the GDZ driving axle and CBN grinding wheel

the first cone enveloping twice worm drive device is developed.The device has been tested and has the performance of high efficiency and high load capacity.A new field is opened up in worm transmission with multi start and small contact ratio.
