摘要

中凹齿形是产生噪音的主要因素，本文利用电解剃齿工艺来消除中凹齿形，并加工出略带中凸的齿形，从而降低了齿轮噪音。经验证此工艺可行，平均降噪５分贝左右。

Abstract

Reducing gear noise is one of very important problems in gear fields.Concave profile is main factor to cause gear noise.This paper introduced the electro chemical shaving process which is used to eliminate the concave profile and manufacture the gear with a little convex profile.As a result

the gear noise has been reduced by about 5 db.Experiments have proved that this process is available.
