摘要

在齿轮的第Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ公差组中，选择具有综合性的公差或极限偏差项目作为目标，建立质量损失函数，计算它们的工厂容差，再按标准决定它们所属公差组的精度等级。由实际传动要求定出齿轮副侧隙的最小值、最大值及用户容差；考查齿厚（公法线长度）的波动和齿轮中心距的波动对侧隙波动的影响；计算每项指标的工厂容差，确定其公差和极限偏差，并选择齿轮副的侧隙代号。
