摘要

本文介绍了一种由橡胶作为辐板材料的柔性辐板齿轮。给出了柔性辐板齿轮与正常齿轮及修形齿轮的对比降噪试验数据，结果表明柔性辐板齿轮降噪效果最好。文中还介绍了柔性辐板齿轮的结构设计及刚度设计方法

Abstract

In this paper

a “Flexible Web Gear （FWG）”whose spoke is made of rubber is presented. The noise reduction results of FWG Compared with normal gears and tooth modified gears are given.The results proved that the noise reduction effect of the FWG is the best of them . The method of structural and rigidity design of FWG is also presented in this paper.
