摘要

本文阐述了链轮处在外啮合工况时齿形的设计方法，即外啮合链轮齿槽形状廓线及其方程；链轮外啮合时重合度的计算及提高重合度的措施。通过实例具体介绍了外啮合链轮齿形的设计过程

Abstract

The paper expounds the design method of tooth form when sprocket is at the condition of external enganement.The content involves the profile and its equation of externl engagement sprocket;the calcualation of coincidnce coefficient and the measures of improving it.And through a living example

the paper introduce the design process of tooth form of external engagemant sprocket concreterly.
