本文介绍了变长线齿轮齿形系数的计算方法。为求解危险应力点的有关参数，文章基于微分几何理论，对长幅渐开螺旋面等距曲面（变长线轮齿的齿面）作了几何描述，给出了曲面主法曲率的计算公式；介绍了用边界元法直接确定危险应力点，从而计算齿形系数的方法。
