摘要

分析了ISO6336与AGMA2001标准齿面接触应力计算中曲率系数的一些问题，认为无论对大小、直斜或内外齿轮，均宜采用通一的实际啮合线中点或小齿轮单齿啮合区内界点的综合曲率半径作为计算依据。

Abstract

This paper analysis some problems aboutthe Curvature coefficient for the calculation of contactStress of tooth surface of gear in the standards of ISO6336 and AGMA2001. It is proposed that the calculation should be based on the curvature radius at themid-point of the mesh path or at the inner limit of single pair tooth contact

whether for the calculation ofpinion or gear

spur or helical gear

or inner gear.
