摘要

一齿差摆线减速机通常因其工作过程中产生齿面胶合而失效，本文认为其关键原因是因为该类减速机传动的｜ＰＶ｜值过大所致。因此设计小速比减速机时除考虑其接触强度δＨ外，必须考虑其作用力─速度乘积｜ＰＶ｜值。

Abstract

The scuffing of tooth flank in cycloidal reducer with one tooth difference will usually lead to failure in operation. This paper considers that excessively high value of |PV| for the reducer is main cause of the failure. So the product |PV| of acting force and circumference speed should be taken into account besides contaet strength of the reducer.
