摘要

三轴滑移齿轮机构是我国机床行业开发的一种新型齿轮变速传动机构。与其它齿轮变速机构相比，这种新型机构具有齿数少、传动比多、刚性好、结构简单紧凑等优点。然而，由于这种机构的齿轮个数、齿数计算方法上有欠，影响了它的应用和推广。本文在综合分析的基础上，对这种机构的齿轮个数、轮齿齿数提供一种实用的计算方法。这种方法具有通用性、步骤简单、易于掌握推广，可供设计单位及企业参考。

Abstract

A new speed-change transmissiondevice-the gears in 2 pairs of Sliding gearsand 3-axis drives was developed by the machine tool industry of our country. Comparedwith others. this new device features lessgears

more transmission ratios

excellentrigidity. simple and compact structure.However

dueto the lack of suitable method calculating the numbers of gears and teeth for thisdevice

its application and popularization wasgreatly influenced. Based on comprehensiveanalysis

this article recommends a practicalmethod calculating the numbers of gears andtheir teeth. Characteristically raising goodgenerality

simple calculation

easy masteringand popularization.It gines a useful referenceto designing units and enterprises.
