摘要

本文介绍了我们研制的用于高速齿轮箱质量检验的监测系统。该系统由计算机控制，在线采集齿轮箱的振动信号时，从宽带解调信号的功率谱中提取的特征，可对齿轮箱质量进行检验。实验表明该系统是有效的。

Abstract

A monitoring system used for the quality test of high spepd gearbox has recently been developed in our research institute. The system controlled by a computer samples vibration signals of gearbox on line. The characters of the power spectrum of the wide band demodulated signals can be used to check on the quality of gearbox. The experiments show that the system is efficient.
