摘要

本文考虑流体的可压缩性和齿轮传动重合度对轮齿载荷的影响。采用完全数值法对渐开线直齿轮进行了热弹流分析，获得了两齿轮在啮合线不同点处的油膜压力分布、油膜形状、温度分布、摩擦系数以及沿整个啮合过程的最小油膜厚度。
