摘要

本文通过建立齿轮疲劳寿命和应力的二维概率模型，并采用极大似然法对模型中的参数进行估计，可方便准确地获得齿轮的Ｒ—Ｓ—Ｎ曲线，并能减少试件。通过实例证明此方法是可行的和有效的。

Abstract

In this paper

the two dimensional probability model is set up for fatigue life and fatigue stress of gears.R-S-N curve can be obtained easily and economically by using maximum liklihood method to evaluate the parameters ill the model.
