摘要

本文分析了为立车设计的行星变速器的动力性能，着重探讨了行星系统的激振力问题。建立了系统的动力学模型及数学模型，导出了系统激振力的基本表达式。又通过对系统传动误差及啮合刚度周期变化的分析计算，推导出受其影响的激振力解析表达式。在式中可以清楚地看到组成激振力的各种频率成分。还通过计算机计算结果分析了有关因素对激振力的影响情况。试验较好地验证了激振力的理论计算结果。

Abstract

The paper analyses the dynamic property of planetary decelerator which will be used in the vertical lathe. The problem of cxciting force is mainly studicd in the planctary decelerator system. Through analsing and calculating the mcsh assemble crrors and mesh stiffness

the equations deseribing the exciling force is got In the equations the frequencies frequencies making up the exciting force can be seen clearly.
