The new method of normal direction stiflness matrix of contact lines of gear tecth
which analyses gear tooth stiffness and distribution along contact lines is presented. The The relation between nodal forec of contact lines and normal deformation has been established. toad distribution along the contact lines
load sharing among contact tecth and instantaneousmesh stiffness are analyzed by adding deflection concord condition and force cquilibrium condition. A special software calculating load distribution is developed.Calculating examples and load distribution curves in consideration of multi-tooth contact
stiffness and boundary effect are given out . The method gives up plane assumption and is suitable for practical load distribution
so the results have high accuracy and reliability.
