目的

针对中心输入多曲柄传动机构缺乏系统性受力分析的现状,以混合少齿差星轮减速器为研究对象,重点开展第二级传动的受力分析,并实现轴承受力可视化及仿真验证,为后续设计及应用提供参考。
方法

建立渐开线星轮、曲柄轴、行星架及少齿差机构整体的受力平衡方程,求解各部件间作用力表达式,并经整体受力分析验证子系统推导的一致性;基于向量合成原理实现轴承受力可视化,呈现输入轴旋转周期内各轴承的受力大小与波动规律;借助RecurDyn软件构建三维实体模型开展动力学仿真。
结果

仿真结果表明,各轴承受力幅值及波动趋势与理论计算高度吻合,验证了该计算方法的可行性。

In view of the current lack of systematic force analysis of center-input multi-crank transmission mechanisms
taking the hybrid small-tooth-difference star wheel reducer as the research object
the force analysis of its second-stage transmission was focused
the visualization and simulation verification of bearing forces were realized to provide a reference for subsequent structural design and engineering application.
Methods

Force equilibrium equations were established for the involute star wheel
crank shaft
planetary carrier
and the overall small-tooth-difference mechanism. Expressions for the interaction forces among components were derived
and the consistency of the subsystem derivation was verified through the global force analysis. Based on the vector synthesis principle
a visualization module for bearing forces was implemented
showing the force magnitude and fluctuation pattern of each bearing during the input shaft rotation cycle. A 3D solid model was built using RecurDyn for dynamic simulation.
Results

The simulation results show that the force amplitudes and fluctuation trends of each bearing are highly consistent with the theoretical calculations
verifying the feasibility of the proposed calculation method.
