以某航空发动机弧齿锥齿轮系统为研究对象,提出了一套锥齿轮系统级行波共振特性分析方法。基于设计参数和加工参数,创建具有精确齿面的弧齿锥齿轮副三维模型;对弧齿锥齿轮系统开展静力学分析,保证齿轮副接触正常;对弧齿锥齿轮系统进行预应力模态分析,得到齿轮系统的模态特性;基于行波共振理论,进行锥齿轮系统行波共振预测;通过预测结果与试验结果的对比,判断行波共振预测的准确性和有效性。结果表明,理论分析与试验结果具有较好的一致性,研究为弧齿锥齿轮系统的行波共振预测提供了有价值的参考方法。
A spiral bevel gear system of the aero-engine is taken as the research object. A method of gear system-level traveling wave resonance characteristics analysis of bevel gears is proposed. Based on design parameters and machining parameters
a 3D model of spiral bevel gear pairs with accurate tooth surface is established. The static mechanical analysis of the spiral bevel gear system is carried out to ensure the normal contact of the gears. The pre-stressed modal analysis is conducted to obtain the modal characteristics of the gear system. Based on the traveling wave resonance theory
the traveling wave resonance of the bevel gear system is predicted. The result is compared with the experimental data to verify the accuracy and effectiveness of the method. The results show that the theoretical analysis is in good agreement with experimental results. This study provides a valuable reference method for resonance prediction of the spiral bevel gear system.
