提出了一种斜撑离合器楔块外凸轮修形方法,研究了超越状态和楔合状态下外凸轮修形后的楔块受力计算方法,分析了不同外凸轮修形曲线对楔块接触性能的影响。结果表明,楔块外凸轮修形能够在不影响楔块楔合性能的情况下减小超越状态下斜撑离合器楔块接触应力,有助于减少超越磨损。
A method for modifying the outer cam of sprags is proposed
the calculation method of the force of sprags in the overrunning and the engagement condition is studied
and the influence of different modification curves on the contact performance of sprags is analyzed. The results show that the modification of the outer cam of sprags can reduce the contact stress of the sprag clutch wedge in the overrunning condition without affecting the engagement performance
which is helpful to reduce the overrunning wear of sprags.
