鼓形齿式联轴器由于其特殊的齿面形态,在实现等轴线不对中补偿的同时易导致各齿对非均布承载,破坏了齿面接触的稳定性。国内外学者针对鼓形齿对的接触理论开展了广泛的研究。综述了鼓形齿式联轴器的接触特性与理论研究现状,指出齿对间隙、齿面接触应力、齿对载荷分配的接触理论模型,是实现高性能鼓形齿式联轴器高性能设计的关键技术。
Due to special tooth surface morphology
the crown gear coupling achieves misalignment compensation while causing the non-uniform carrying of tooth pairs
which destroys the stability of the tooth surface contact. Scholars at home and abroad have carried out extensive research on the contact theory of tooth pairs
reviewed the contact characteristics and the theoretical research of crown gear couplings
and pointed out the contact theory model of clearance of tooth pairs
contact stress of tooth surface
and load distribution of tooth pairs
which is the key technology to achieve the optimal design of high-performance crown gear couplings.
