针对开槽盘式涡流耦合器调速特性,运用安培定律推导出感应涡流产生的感应磁场的表达式;将感应磁场引入等效磁路模型,结合基尔霍夫定律推导出电磁转矩的计算公式;并将电磁转矩公式分别与恒转矩负载和二次方率负载表达式联立,得到相应负载工况下的调速关系理论公式。运用三维有限元仿真和实验对所提出的调速理论模型进行验证,结果证明,所提出的理论模型在气隙长度较小的情况下具有较好的准确性。
Aiming at the speed regulation characteristics of slotted-type eddy-current couplers
the expression of the induced magnetic field generated by the induced eddy current is derived by using Ampère's law and the induced magnetic field is introduced into the equivalent magnetic circuit model. Then
the calculation formula of electromagnetic torque is derived in combination with Kirchhoff's law. The electromagnetic torque formula is combined with the expression of constant torque load and quadratic rate load respectively
and the theoretical formula of the speed regulation relationship under corresponding load conditions is obtained. The 3D finite element simulation and experiment are used to verify the proposed theoretical model of speed regulation. It is found that the proposed theoretical model has good accuracy in the case of small air gap length.
