基于Workbench建立了齿轮温度场和传动误差有限元分析模型,对不同转速和转矩齿轮温度场、不同转速和不同温度下齿轮传动误差进行了分析。通过Ansys的Workbench对齿轮温度场进行仿真,得到齿轮温度场和齿轮啮合线温度场分布结果;把温度结果作为载荷,通过间接耦合的方法应用于齿轮传动误差仿真研究中,得到齿轮传动误差仿真结果。结果表明,随着齿轮转速和转矩的增加,齿轮温度整体呈现出上升趋势;齿轮转速、转矩分别与齿轮啮合线温度变化量近似呈现出线性关系。齿轮传动误差仿真分析中,随着齿轮转速和温度增加,齿轮传动误差曲线分别上移和下移,但齿轮传动误差曲线峰谷值变化不大;齿轮转速、温度分别与齿轮传动误差变化量近似呈现出线性关系。
The finite element analysis models of the gear temperature field and transmission error are established based on Workbench. The gear temperature field at different revolutions and torques
the gear transmission errors at different speeds and temperatures are analyzed. Simulation of gear temperature field through Ansys Workbench
the distribution results of gear temperature field and gear meshing line temperature field are obtained; the temperature result is used as a load in the simulation study of gear transmission error by means of indirect coupling
and the simulation result of gear transmission error is obtained. The results show that with the increase of gear speed and torque
the gear temperature presents an overall upward trend; the linear relationship between gear revolution
gear torque and temperature variation of gear meshing line is approximately presented. In the simulation analysis of gear transmission error
with the increase of the gear speed and temperature
gear transmission error curve moves up and down respectively
but the peak-to-valley value of the gear transmission error curve does not change much; the gear speed and temperature are approximately linearly related to the variation of the gear transmission errors.
