针对某大功率舰船中常用的二分支人字齿轮传动系统,计算其固有频率的参数灵敏度数值,分析了啮合刚度、转动惯量、制造误差等结构参数的变化对传动系统固有频率的影响;建立分支传动的扭转动力学模型,利用有限元分析验证了分支传动的振动模态特性;采用模态法推导出多元激励下的参数灵敏度表达式,并将其应用于二分支人字齿轮传动系统的平稳性分析。基于理论计算的灵敏度数值和实际工作条件,对传动系统结构进行了优化设计。实例验证发现,由此获得的修改方案明显改善了轮系的抗振性能;该分析方法获得的关键参数对系统实现抗振降噪效果明显。该分析方法同样可用于其他类型分支传动的减振降噪设计。
Parameter sensitivity values of natural frequency of the two branch herringbone gear drive system commonly used in a high-power ship are calculated
and the influence of structural parameters such as meshing stiffness
moment of inertia and manufacturing error on natural frequency of the transmission system is obtained. The torsional dynamic model of the branched drive is established
the vibration mode characteristics of the branched drive are verified by finite element analysis
the parameter sensitivity expression under multi-excitation is deduced by the mode method
and it is applied to the stability analysis of the two-branched herringbone gear drive system. Then
according to the sensitivity value calculated theoretically and the actual working conditions
by optimizing the structure of the transmission system
the modified scheme obtained by this method significantly improves the vibration resistance of the gear train
and through an example
it is found that the key parameters obtained by this analysis method have obvious effect on anti-vibration and noise reduction of the system. This analysis method can also be used in vibration and noise reduction design of other types of branch drives.
