为揭示RV减速器模态对传动误差的影响规律,以RV-40E为研究对象,利用等价模型法构建其质量刚度动力学模型,建立了RV减速器传动误差与固有频率的数学模型;通过刚度质量比,发现传动误差与固有频率呈负相关性。为验证该模型,选取纳博特斯克和国内企业的RV-40E产品进行固有频率、刚度和传动误差的对比测试,发现RV减速器一阶固有频率越大,刚度质量比越大,传动误差越小。研究为RV减速器的模态和性能测试提供了方法,为RV减速器从几何结构设计向性能设计转变提供了重要的参考依据。
In order to reveal the influence law of RV reducer modal on transmission error
the RV-40E is used as the research object
the equivalent model method is used to construct its mass stiffness dynamic model and then the mathematical model of the RV reducer transmission error and natural frequency is established. For the intermediate stiffness
it is found that the transmission error is negatively correlated with the natural frequency. In order to verify the model
the RV-40E products of Nabtesco and domestic companies are selected to conduct a comparative test of natural frequency
stiffness and transmission error. It is found that the greater the first-order natural frequency of the RV reducer is
the greater the stiffness was and the smaller the transmission error is. The above research provides a method for the modal and performance testing of the RV reducer
and provides an important reference basis for the transformation of the RV reducer from structure design to performance design.
