为了获取面齿轮磨损区域的位置和大小信息,提出了一种基于逆向工程的面齿轮齿面磨损检测方法。根据测量原理,推导了测量坐标的转换矩阵;通过齿廓偏差测量及误差补偿算法,求得测量点的补偿点,并给出了NURBS曲面拟合的控制方程;搭建试验台,进行了实例操作,将标准齿面与磨损曲面进行对比分析,未磨损区域数据匹配性良好,磨损区域数据点清晰、无噪点。结果说明,基于逆向工程的面齿轮齿面磨损检测方法正确可行,为以后的绿色再制造提供了技术支撑。
In order to obtain the location and size information of the wear area of face gears, a method of gear surface wear inspection based on reverse engineering is proposed. According to the measurement principle, the conversion matrix of the measuring coordinates is deduced; by measuring the tooth profile deviation and with the error compensation algorithm, the compensation point of the measuring point is obtained and the control equation of NURBS surface fitting is presented; a test bench is built, and an example operation is carried out to compare and analyze the standard tooth surface and the worn surface. The data in the unworn area is well matched, and the data points in the worn area are clear and free of noise. Therefore the use of reverse engineering technology in the face gear wear detection method is correct and feasible, and it provides a prerequisite for the future of green remanufacturing.
