针对某柴油发动机正时齿轮啸叫现象,建立了考虑正时齿轮支撑系统柔性的正时齿轮系统动力学模型,分析了各齿轮副的传递误差、接触斑点以及振动贡献量。基于发动机NVH台架实验结果,验证了正时齿轮系统啸叫分析模型的有效性。面向轻载多啮合副的正时齿轮系统,提出了一种控制齿面表面加工质量的齿轮修形方案。实验结果表明,以齿轮传递误差、齿面单位长度载荷的大小和分布为优化目标,通过控制齿廓顶凸、齿面中凹、齿面波纹度的修形方案能够有效降低正时齿轮系统的啸叫。
In order to decrease the timing gear whines of diesel engines, a dynamical analysis model of timing gear system is constructed, considering the influence of the elastic characteristics of the support end of the engine block. Based on the analytical model, the transmission error, contact pattern and vibration response are investigated. The NVH bench test is carried out, and the measured data present the consistency between the simulation and the experiment. The gear modification is proposed considering the influence of the light load on multiple gear meshing pairs. The optimization of gear modification is put into effect and the experiment data show that this modification method can reduce the gear whine by controlling the convex curve on top profile, concave at center gear surface and tooth flank waviness.
