为了探究润滑脂对微型汽车轮毂轴承摩擦性能的影响,以某款微型汽车为研究对象,利用SKF滚动轴承计算理论,建立了轮毂轴承的摩擦力矩分析模型,研究不同润滑脂参数对轮毂轴承摩擦性能的影响规律;结合润滑脂性能试验、轮毂轴承摩擦力矩试验以及整车滑行试验,对轮毂轴承用脂的摩擦性能进行了优化及验证。研究表明,黏度较低、分油性能好的润滑脂对降低轮毂轴承摩擦力矩、提高整车燃油经济性有重要意义;采用复合锂基合成烃润滑脂,能降低轮毂轴承摩擦力矩40%,降低整车滑行阻力7.3%。
To explore the effect of grease on the friction performance of minicar wheel bearings, a certain mini car is used as the research object, and the friction torque analysis model of wheel hub bearings is established using SKF rolling bearing calculation theory to study the effect of different grease parameters on the friction performance of wheel hub bearings. The friction performance of the wheel bearing grease is optimized and verified by combining the grease performance test, the wheel bearing friction torque test and the vehicle sliding test. Studies have shown that low viscosity grease with good oil separation performance is of great significance in reducing wheel bearing friction torque and improving vehicle fuel economy. The use of complex lithium-based synthetic hydrocarbon grease can reduce the low wheel bearing friction torque by 40% and the sliding resistance of the vehicle by 7.3%.
