履带式联合收割机多用于南方水田作业,田间作业载荷复杂且多变,导致变速箱受变载荷冲击作用,容易发生疲劳断裂等事故,严重影响整机的可靠性和无故障工作时长。为了解决履带式联合收割机变速箱故障率较高的问题,以研发的单液压无级变速器(Hydro static transmission,HST)液压机械式差逆变速箱为试验对象,设计并搭建了一种能模拟实际作业工况的变速箱总成疲劳试验台,并开展了相关试验。结果表明,该试验台可以很好地检验差逆变速箱的综合工作性能与耐久性,具有结构简单、安装方便等优点。对于研究差逆变速箱的疲劳损伤规律、优化改进变速箱的机械结构、降低其内部零部件的故障率具有重要意义。
Crawler combine harvesters are mostly used in paddy field operation in South China. The field operation load is complex and variable, which leads to fatigue fracture and other accidents of gearboxes under the impact of variable loads and seriously affects the trouble-free working time of the whole machine. In order to solve the problem of high fault rate of gearboxes of crawler combine harvesters, the single HST hydro-mechanical differential steering gearbox developed by the team is taken as the test object, this study designs and builds the gearbox assembly fatigue test bench, and then carries out the fatigue test of differential steering gearboxes. The test results show that the test bench can well test the comprehensive working performance and durability of differential steering gearboxes, and has advantages of simple structure, convenient installation, etc. This is of great significance to study the fatigue damage rule of differential steering gearboxes, optimize and improve the mechanical structure of gearboxes and reduce the fault rate of its internal parts in the future.
