为了解决齿轮啮合状态检测需要大量数据样本的难题,提出了一种基于相位测振技术的齿轮啮合状态检测方法。通过使用相机拍摄齿轮箱,从所拍视频中提取多个位置的振动信号,对振动信号建立时频域特征值,最后使用随机森林分类来完成检测。以某开式齿轮箱为对象,通过试验证明了所提方法的准确性和有效性。
In order to solve the problem that the detection of gear meshing state requires a large number of data samples, a gear meshing state detection method based on phase vibration measurement technology is proposed. This method uses a camera to shoot a gearbox, extracts vibration signals at multiple locations from the captured video, establishes time-frequency domain features for the vibration signals, and finally uses random forest classification to complete the detection. An open gearbox is taken as the object and the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed method is proved through experiments.
