在弧齿锥齿轮的精密加工技术领域,超声研齿加工技术得到广大学者的密切关注和研究。设计了一种重负载弧齿锥齿轮的超声研齿振动系统,在材料的属性设置、网格划分和模态分析设置等均相同条件下,利用Ansys Workbench软件研究分析了槽的数量、宽度、长度和位置对研齿振动系统的谐振频率、振动模态、位移节点和齿轮形变的影响规律;建立了通过在圆柱体上开槽的方式对传振圆柱体产生的耦合振动进行控制的方法。进一步丰富和完善了现有的超声研齿加工振动系统的设计理论。
In the field of precision processing technology of spiral bevel gears, the processing technology of ultrasonic lapping gears has been closely followed and studied by many scholars. A vibration system of ultrasonic lapping gear is designed. Under the same conditions concerning the attribute settings, grid partition, and modal analysis settings of the material, the influences of the number, width, length and position on the resonance frequency, vibration mode, displacement node and gear deformation are analyzed by Ansys Workbench; a method for controlling the coupled vibration produced by grooving the transmitted cylinder is established, which can further enrich and improve the existing design theory of the processing vibration system for ultrasonic lapping gears.
