带传动形式已被广泛应用于汽车发动机前端附件轮系的设计开发中,由于传动皮带相关的振动噪声直接影响着汽车用户安全舒适的驾乘体验,从而越来越被关注。为了解决附件轮系皮带的噪声问题,以某紧凑型SUV车型加速过程中机舱异响为案例,系统地开展了皮带异响的识别与排查分析工作,阐述了轮系皮带横向振动噪声的潜在机理。通过对曲轴减振器TVD动态特性的优化,降低了附件轮系的扭转振动激励,消除了该车型的皮带异响,提升了整车的动力声品质。研究工作为解决类似的皮带噪声问题提供了新的工程开发思路。
Belt drive has been widely used in front end auxiliary system of vehicle internal combustion engine. The vibration and noise of belt have drawn more and more attention,which directly affects the safe and comfortable driving experience of market customers. In order to solve the belt noise problem,the abnormal noise of the engine bay during the acceleration of a compact SUV model is taken as an example to systematically carry out the identification and investigation of the belt noise. The potential mechanism of the belt transverse vibration and noise is expounded. By optimizing the dynamic characteristics of the crankshaft damper TVD,the torsional vibration excitation of the accessory belt train is reduced. Then,the belt abnormal noise is eliminated and the dynamic sound quality of the vehicle is improved. The paper provides a new engineering development idea for solving similar belt noise problems.
