基于滚轧变形理论,通过Deform-3D有限元仿真软件建立滚轧模型,对面齿轮滚轧成形过程进行分析,根据有限元仿真结果分析面齿轮齿廓主动面和被动面的金属流动情况;探究工艺参数对滚轧轮所受最大载荷的影响趋势;分析等效应变和等效残余应力在齿廓上的分布规律。结果表明,面齿轮齿廓被动面的金属流动性大于主动面的金属流动性,且在被动面齿顶易形成“突耳”;转速增大,滚轧轮最大载荷降低;进给速度增大,滚轧轮最大载荷增大;齿廓等效应变和最大残余应力变化趋势相同,随着转速的增加而增加,随着进给速度的增加而降低。这些结果为进一步实验提供了一定的参考。
Based on the roll deformation theory,a roll model through Deform-3D finite element simulation software is established,the roll forming process of the face gear is analyzed and the metal flow conditions of the active and passive faces of the face gear tooth profile is analyzed according to the finite element simulation results; the influence trend of process parameters on the maximum load of the rolling wheel and the distribution law of equivalent strain and equivalent residual stress on the tooth profile are analyzed. The results show that, the metal fluidity of the passive surface of the tooth profile of the face gear is greater than that of the active surface,and “lugs” are easily formed on the tooth top of the passive surface; the maximum load of the rolling wheel decreases with the increase of the speed,and the feed speed increases. The maximum load of the rolling wheel increases; the change trend of the equivalent strain of the tooth profile and the maximum residual stress is the same,which increases with the increase of the speed,and decreases with the increase of the feed speed. These results provide certain reference significance for further experiments.
