硬齿面齿轮存在一种被称为齿面断裂(Tooth flank fracture,TFF)的轮齿失效模式。ISO组织在2019年发布了针对齿面断裂承载能力计算的技术规范。齿面断裂失效是一种疲劳现象,初始裂纹萌生于表面硬化层与轮齿心部的过渡区,它的失效机理不同于传统的点蚀和齿根断裂疲劳失效模式。对齿面断裂失效的主要特征、研究现状、计算方法和主要影响因素进行了归纳。为深入了解齿面断裂失效提供了理论依据。
There is a new tooth failure mode for hardened gears called tooth flank fracture(TFF). ISO published a technical specification for calculating the load capacity of tooth flank failure in 2019. This failure mode is a fatigue phenomenon with initial crack initiating in the transition zone between the case hardened layer and the tooth core. Its failure mechanism is different from the traditional pitting and tooth root breakage fatigue failure modes. The main characteristics,research status,calculation methods and main influencing factors of tooth flank fracture failure are summarized. It provides a theoretical basis for understanding tooth flank fracture failure.
