分析了材质为50CrVA的链板在相同等温淬火工艺以及相同的回火保温时间下,不同的回火温度导致的材料微观组织和力学性能的差异,并对不同回火温度下的链板和未做回火处理的链板的拉力和疲劳性能进行了研究。
The differences of microstructure and mechanical properties of 50CrVA chain plate caused by different tempering temperatures under the same isothermal quenching process and the same tempering holding time are analyzed,and the tensile and fatigue properties of chain plate under different tempering temperatures and chain plate without tempering are studied.
