针对高速宽齿轮喷射润滑的数值模拟与润滑效果的改善进行了研究。基于经实验验证的仿真方法,对高速宽齿圆柱齿轮传动的油气两相流模型进行了喷油润滑仿真分析。结果显示,高速齿轮周围产生的气体压力场会严重阻碍喷油射流,喷孔端面角度过大、喷射方向不合理,导致难以润滑宽齿轮的整个齿面;基于单相气场仿真对喷嘴的喷油参数进行了寻优,两相流场仿真结果验证了该优化的有效性,即端面角度为0时,啮入侧喷孔沿齿宽对称布置、啮出侧喷孔对两个齿轮的啮合发热齿面差别喷油,更有利于提高啮合齿面的油气比例与对流换热系数,从而可实现啮合齿面的高效润滑与冷却。
The numerical simulation of injection lubrication of high-speed wide gears and the improvement of lubrication effect are studied. Based on experimentally verified simulation methods,the oil injection lubrication simulation analysis of the oil-gas two-phase flow model of the high-speed wide-tooth cylindrical gear transmission is carried out. The result shows, the gas pressure field around the high-speed gear will seriously hinder the oil jet; excessive end face angle and unreasonable spray direction make it difficult for oil to lubricate the entire tooth surface of a wide gear. The simulation results of single-phase gas field are used to optimize the injection parameters. After that,the simulation results of two-phase flow verified the effectiveness of the optimization,which is,when the end face angle is 0,the nozzles on the meshing-in side are arranged symmetrically along the tooth width,and the nozzles on the meshing-out side are aligned with the meshing heating surfaces of the two gears. When spraying oil,it is more conducive to increase the oil and gas ratio and the convective heat transfer coefficient of the meshing tooth surface, thus,efficient lubrication and cooling of meshing tooth surface can be realized.
