为系统性解决传统齿轮传动在航空发动机大功率提取传动系统中应用产生的承载能力不足、质量超限、稳定性较低等问题,设计了基于面齿轮传动的航空发动机中央传动,并进行LTCA分析,得到接触区面积比和应力等计算结果。研究结果表明,基于面齿轮传动的中央传动具有承载能力高、质量轻、运转平稳性好等优点,面齿轮传动可以为现有航空发动机传动系统提供一条可行的新型传动设计路线。
To systematically evaluate the problems of insufficient load capacity,mass over limit, low stability caused by the application of traditional gear transmission in aero-engine high-power extraction transmission system, the central transmission of aero-engine based on face gear transmission is designed, the LTCA is performed, and the contact area ratio and stress are calculated. It is concluded that the central transmission based on face gear transmission has the advantages of high load capacity, light weight and good running stability, face gear transmission can provide a new transmission design route for the existing aero-engine transmission system.
